Ingredients

Pichi-Pichi – 1 portion
All-purpose flour – 250 g
Granulated sugar – 200 g
Butter – 150 g
Eggs – 3 large
Baking powder – 1 tsp

Steps

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and prepare your baking dish by greasing it lightly.
Cream butter and sugar together until pale and fluffy, about 4 minutes in a stand mixer.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then fold in the dry ingredients for Pichi-Pichi with gentle strokes to avoid deflating the batter.
